Eric, has been a Family Home Builder from his earliest years. Whether it was helping Mom with her attention to Interior Design or her passion as Principal of a small Woman Owned Landscape Design firm. Perhaps it was the time put into adhering to the guidance of attention to Detail and Quality Craftsmanship that his Grandfather was known for. There were many family talents to draw from but persistence to develop his skill and art of craftsmanship is what Eric has become known for. His formal education as a graduate from the school of Construction Management at Cal Poly gave Eric a full barrel of technical strength when it came time for him to enter the family business of Home-building and Development. His personal growth escalated rapidly through the booming 2000’s. As the cycle of residential growth curves hit the most challenging of time in early 2007. Eric dug deep and started his own company Lemke Homes. Most of his competition left the industry in droves. Eric saw the opportunity and challenge of holding fast to his discipline in the family Home Building business. Eric continued to build quality and deliver value when few others were able to continue. His vision never lost focus on the value of the American dream. Eric stood by his product through the bottom of the business cycle just as much as he stands by it today. The trails of Growth and Community Renewal are what he will continue to blaze for his community.
